I am continuing to be very happy with the care provided to my mum. The regular carers are incredibly efficient, professional and also very empathetic and caring. Mum is very happy with the carers and gets on well with them. It’s also very easy to contact Kay if any issues arise. Overall great carers and great agency!

The care for my friend with this company has saved two lives not only one because without the home care provided by the girls over the last three months they have been going to her she is so much happier. As I’m 300 miles away I had to put my trust in them I can’t do this job without their help. I do trust all the girls in the team so I recommend Saddlebrook to anyone looking after loved ones at home. They have a page that I can read a daily report that puts my mind at rest as well as ringing me to help me solve any problems which may pop up at anytime. They take her shopping giving her her own space at the hair dresser. Nails pedicure manicure. Gym but Safegarding her at every step so thank you Kay and the girls for taking such care of my best friend xxxm

We have been using Saddlebrook Healthcare for nearly three weeks and have been very pleased with the care that our very dear Aunt has received. Martha, the carer, has been very good , providing personal care and doing daily household chores. The care that Martha gives is better than we could have hoped for and is very much appreciated.
